If you don't get enough action on this forum, a new one has sprung up specifically for NHS staff to spill the beans on problems which are niggling them in a general, anonymous manner.

If you trawl through the various UK health-related blogs everyone is having the types of problems we are experiencing. Maybe sharing our grievances would help.
