World of Charis Through out the world there has been a revolution, a religion which has swept the globe converting nearly every man woman and child into believing its lopsided doctrine. The followers of this faith are fanatically dogmatic and are blindly spreading to every corner of the earth. The faith is called Science and their god is Technology. These are they that have turned their backs on the pagan gods of old as well as the God of Creation. Reason became their faith, TV their altar, movies theaters and sports arenas their temples, and every kind of doctorate level scientist is a high priest of this cult. These fanatics are blind to the world that once was, by their obsessive need to rationalize every thing that will not fit into to the realm of science. At one point in history, the Pagan Gods of Old, as well as the belief in The Magic and Daemonic Oppression had been pushed back into near oblivion due to the Saviors of humanity, those that worshiped and served The One and True God. They were known as Believers. The War against the occult was staggering and bloody. The war raged for nearly a millennium. But by the time the inquisition was over and the crusades had finished The Renaissance had begun. The cult of science could now flourish with out any competition. The Believers; that had brought about the end of the tyranny of the Pagan Gods, the Mages witches and Wizards, as well as the Daemonic; now came under the scrutiny of this fledgling belief. Persecution became more intense and the Beleivers converted. Over time, people of all walks of life from all countries and cultures, began to follow this one simple precept. If it cant be proved by Science it can not have happened. Slowly mankind forgot who her savior was. Modern Man disavowed the existence of the pagan gods, the mages, the Daemonic and even those that had delivered them in the first place “The Believers” to ensure that their faith could not be undone. The Believer may have been the last survivor of this Great War but being a Believer without the context of those that oppose the true God soon loose validity. Miracles and great wonders cease, Faith wanes, the ears become itchy and the heart grows weak. Science flourished now that there was nothing to contradict it. Believers soon began to disappear. Slowly those that had been oppressed by the Believers began to come out of hiding under the veil of this new faith. The Pagan Gods began to harness the economy. Mages found a new realm of magic to play with and the Daemonic again tempted mankind due to the lack of True Believers on the planet. As long as they did not contradict this new religion they would be safe. As long as they kept their supernatural presence hidden, Science would reign supreme and the believer would finally once and for all become extinct. But the Pagan Gods became prideful, the Mages became self absorbed and the Daemonic became impatient. They began to expose their true selves, the part of themselves that contradicted this new faith. This is the part that ate away at this Veil that had protected them over the centuries. And this caused the electric shock that revived the dead heart of the Believers. Now the Mages the Daemonic and the Pagan Gods of old are rushing to stamp out this antiquated faith before it consumes them all. Say goodbye to the world you thought you knew. Leave behind the world you once called home. Say Hello to the new world before you. Welcome to Charis…. Welcome to the War! |

Homo-Sapiens Some times humans forget how we came to be the most dominate animal on the face of the earth. Most of the time we just outright forget that we are animals. It is due to the fact that there is no other creature on the face of the planet that can out do us on any of these categories reasoning, communication, cooperation or creativity. We are the end all be all of biological evolution and we know it. But If you are in the know about the coming of the Parahumans, the outbreak of Daemonic or the rise of the Mages then you know it is time for humans to rise up and prove to these rival upstarts that Quantity has a quality all its own. All through out the eve of mankind we have been used for our creative spark. Enslaved by Parahumans converted by Mages and oppressed by Daemonic. I say unto you my fellow humans it is time to take a stand. They Call us sleepers I say that we wake up. I say we fight the Good fight and that we never stop. We have something that they need. I say we use this to destroy those that seek to enslave us. Let us stand my fellow humans. Let the world know that it has a defender. let the world know that the threat is nigh. Let all of the inhabitant of this world unite. We will not surrender we will not submit. We will overcome in everything. For we are human. We will never be out done. Moderator Thatos |

Theos-Sapiens Humans lack direction and focus. Lost in the mire of Overpopulation they feel utterly alone Isolated and desperate. Always hoping to find some kind of meaning for their lives. Endlessly searching for the meaning of existence. Do you want to know why humanity can never find its purpose? I will tell you why but you will not hear me. if you serve only yourself your life becomes insignificant. Service is the meaning of life. Serving something Greater then yourself gives a human purpose. That is why we The Chloros exist. We give the whole of humanity meaning. A context for existence. With out us man would just bumble about as every other animal giving in to the more baser of his instincts. Food Shelter and Mating. Mankind sees itself as the pinnacle of evolution. What a Lark. They swarm the planet as ants. A hive mentality with no queen to give them direction. What good is an Ant hive where every ant seeks after its own? If every Ant seeks to serve its self the hive divides and destroys itself. We bring a greater hope For those humans that dare to hope for something greater. For those who continue after their own desires and wants they will be beaten into submission or wiped clean from the planet. From the Great Shadow we are men born to lead. We are men that are far above other men. We are those who's purpose is to guide humanity though out eternity. You seek purpose, direction, everlasting life, unimaginable power or all of the above. Put your faith in us. The Theos-Sapien. The Chloros. The Melas. The Leukos. The Pyrros. The Karroz. We are your masters. Serve us and we will show you the meaning of purpose. |

Magus Many people wonder what is the limit to a humans power. What is beyond a mortals Grasp. As a Mage I will tell you There is very little. As you become aware to the way this world works you begin to see very little lives up to the hype. The Pantheons once worshiped by men so long ago are now known to be just a variant of human not yet discovered. Those that were possessed had no real power but that which was given to them by the Wraith. Those that follow the God of Creation cant even prove that their God exists let alone explain how their powers came to be. We that are mages can tell you where power comes from. All power comes from with in. When you have any true belief with out doubt that is when power comes to you. Humans are tricked by the Wraith to believe the lies they tell them. Once the host believes with no doubt then the Power comes to him but by then it is to late. He is now the slave of the Wraith. The Believer Follows an intangible God that cant be seen and has no evidence save for those that claim his existence. Those that claim his existence when pressed will say they to have yet to see this God. But they are convinced that this God exists with no doubt and since their is no Doubt their power is made manifest. But they then become slaves to a doctrine that prohibits them from seeking after what they truly want and often goes directly against what they want. Who wants that type of Power. The Power I bring to you is the power from with in. We mage can show you how to control the world around and bend it to your will. After many thousands of years the mages have perfected the ability to harness the energy of the self to mold the enviroment of the self. This power is yours. It comes from inside. Aberrant What is a Daemonic? We are the last bastion of resistance from the Great Oppressor the God of Creation. We the Daemonic were his first creation and we loved him with our entire being. We worship him exalted him and obeyed him in every way possible. We were obsessed with him because that was how he made us. What father punishes his child for putting on daddies clothes. We wanted to be like our father. When we wanted to become more like the God of creation. God became enraged. Lashing out at us and abusing us he cast us away from him. Wounded forsaken and imprisoned all was not lost. Lucifer our lord had remained true and would not leave us to be alone. Trapped in a temporal cage unable to move or be freed our lord devised a plan. After eons of waiting Lucifer knew that The God of creation would send a keeper to watch us. He would be the Creation that was to replace us who had once been wholly devoted the God of creation. His name was Adam and he was vile. God Had made an animal full of odor and bile and put him over us and made him our captor. Our lord Lucifer worked diligently to find a weakness in this human. After years of trying Lucifer found none. Until the God of Creation made a single mistake. God had given the man part of himself and made it whole. God Gave the Man a Woman. Adam was so vain he could not love anything as himself unless it came from himself. This was to be Gods undoing. Adam loved the Woman more then He loved God. Our lord Lucifer saw this and exploited it. Lucifer and the rest of us Daemonics shackled and imprisoned Had no other choice but to pervert the Gifts that Gods had given us. Lucifer changed Faith to Fear and Prayer to Temptation. Lucifer Tempted Eve then caused her to fear her husband. then Adam Feared loosing his wife and was tempted to follow her. Our lord had Separated both of them from God. When Adam was confronted by God neither Eve or Adam would to take responsibility for the disobedience that had transpired. They placed all blame on our savior Lucifer effectively giving our Lord the keys to our freedom. Adam had handed us the world he was given. That is the world you know today. If you wish to know where the true power is. It dwells with in the Daemonic. For this is our world and everything in it belongs to us. |

Believers As we open the bible we see accounts of Men of God casting out Daemons, Healing of the sick, Resurrection of the dead, slaying of giants with a single stone as well as calling down fire from Heaven. Most of those that follow the faith of science scoff at this Saying "it is a fable, made by men of a lesser understanding." Even among the most devout of them that say they "follow the one God" would not believe these things if they saw them with their own eyes. But I tell you this the time has come for those that have true faith. The tares will be separated from the wheat as well as the chaff from the grain. The world became prideful and self absorbed. Seeing themselves as Gods of the new creation technology, the men and women of the world bowed down before it. Believing that the God of Mans Creation would at some point invalidate the God of all creation. So Vain was mans understanding. But now those that follow the true faith have become so few and those that oppose the will of God have come out of the shadows in hordes. The time for war is at hand the time for battle is upon us. Who among the nations shall hear God call and harken unto the sound of his voice. Who among men will stand against the tide of evil wielding the power of the one true God. These are they that stand against the tide of the oppressor and cut off the heads of the so called Gods of old. They will smite the witches and banish the Daemon from the midst of there land. These are the Called the Messengers and the Warriors of God. These are the Believers. |
