kids' puter monitor died recently after being a bit temperamental for a while. They have a 3 year guarantee, so I rang, gave the details, told the guy it had been crackling and he instantly said they would swap it, within 5 working days. It turned up today, 3 days after the phone call, and the new one works fine (though it needs the settings tweaking a bit!) Just really nice to have a simple transaction successfully sorted
