That is just lovely, tell her we're well impressed (I have an oldest daughter who tells me to look after myself too- if my Dh isn't home mine checks I've taken my medication )
She sounds like a lovely big sister. _________________ Really is, Just Beka.

Seriously though - i was another about to ask if you had a training school.
Beka - don't think it'll be long before C is reminding me about my meds. Makes me feel guilty, but.... _________________ Professionally-diagnosed aspie. As opposed to diagnosis-by-internet.

See, i don't see it as helping me. I see it as them doing their bit.
They are awesome creatures, but tonight i got home from work to find all jobs done and a 32" tv 'knocked' off its stand. I screamed like a banshee shoved scrambled egg down their throats then shoved them in bed. Without a hug or kiss.
Livid right now!
Lunch was good, but they could have seriously hurt themselves messing around.
Normality will resume in the morning! _________________

My often barked line at Connor is "no, it is not my job, no you are not helping me with my jobs, we are a family and wework together to get things done. _________________ Professionally-diagnosed aspie. As opposed to diagnosis-by-internet.

That's great! We eed to train ours! Although our house is not really set up for kids. The previous owners were very tall and all the shelves for the plates etc are above my head and well above the kids. If they need a drink of water thy either need to climb precariously on the bench or get one from the good china cabinet in the living area. The kitchen benches too seem extra high.... Still made me think! _________________ a fulltime working mum

Aw, that's fab. DS1 makes me coffee (my finest achievement of our year of HE - he's a dab hand grinding coffee beans and working the poncey machine ) and often brings me lunch if he notices I haven't stopped to make myself something. The 3 of them get up, dressed, breakfasted and pack the school bags of the younger 2 by themselves but DP or I still have to make the sandwiches. |
