Yep still got loads of them...a couple from Smash Hits but the others are mostly from Kerrang. |
I have loads too - keep thinking I must frame them or something - would look quite good as an art piece!
I liked picture discs too!

It was my mum and dads. I ruined it when a technotronic tape melted in the tape player bit.
THey went and got a CD player then. I remember the first CDs they bought were a Belinda Carlisle album and Eve of the War single.
I find it so odd now, my parents had lots of parties and spent all day before the party recording tapes for it. Now i just set up an itunes list! _________________

I don't remember my first single but first album was Martika. I used to play it on one of these

Ooh we had one of those! I also had an all-in-one leotard very much like that, for dance lessons we had in secondary school at the time!!
My first 7" single was "Denis" by Blondie and my first album was "Zenyatta Mondatta" by The Police. As for my first 12" single......can't honestly remember, I think it may have been "Planet Earth" by Duran Duran. |

Luckily we didn't have a record player until I was about 13, so I was saved from some really embarassing records earlier in my youth! My first was the Communards - You are my world, which I also bought with my birthday money
DH has got some really, really dodgy records - pepsi and shirley, and bronski beat picture disc, a number of shakin' stevens numbers
Let's just hope he needs a criminal records bureau check - he's got so many criminal records _________________ Katie
