Is he the one from Nottingham area? Who pronounces his 'ings' with an emphasis on the G? I used to have a real thing about this when I was a child (I was a tad odd) and used to like to imitate accents. His was one of my favourites to copy!

I just had a quick ggogle and I see what you mean. I think men with that colouring and receding hair do age quickly sometimes.

I once had tea with Simon Groom & his parents.
we were sussing out farmers fields for Guide camp & unknowingly it was his parents farm.
I was a bit starstruck as I loved him on B-P |
