Well I start up wolf, and about every 2-3 seconds wolf skips. Im not sure how to explain it any other way than that. I have the pb update since i thought that was the problem. Now idk what to do. Any suggestions?

type in /cg_lagometer 1 and see if there is lag spikes, might be your isp cos you won't notice if just browsing.

i have lagometer on as part of my config, and its just a gap every 2 or 3 seconds. just empty space then it cuts ahead like 10 frames.

mine does the same dude but its not as often as your, about every 20mins or so my rtcw flicks to windows and back. no idea wat it is.
when i put original config into my main folder it stops, so i think it must be a cvar tweak ive f**k up, but i cant find which 1 it is.

| Mine has been doin it alot lately too Dark. My ping stays the same, no lag spikes, almost like lag but not...strange! |

it aint lag.. its your pc.. i had the same.. i also reinstalled Win after a while and than it worked out.

maybe u have a small partition (usually last drive letter) called recovery ? some computers have that instead of a CD if they have winshit preinstalled |

nvm  i fixed it. idk how, but i played with alot of the settings under performance options. and it seems that the Sync Frames option was set to no. i changed it and now its fine. lets rumble.
