That looks wild. I don't think I could play that with my son, though _________________ "As long as there's, you know, sex and drugs, I can do without the rock and roll" - Mick Shrimpton |

Just played MP for first time and it is amazing fun.
If you get wounded your teammates have to help you up, it's pretty much back to back as the four of you make it through several campaigns in each game.
A good part is, with one, two or three people you can play it all, the rest as bots or you can play against a team and take turns to be survivors or zombies!!!
The requirements aren't too bad either!!! Anyone up for some team work zombie madness!?!
I'm savage_mf on Steam if any of you use it _________________ Each and every one of us continues to live either by the merciful sufferance of a God or at the whim of blind chance and indifferent nature. <Dean Koontz> |

The fantastic part of the game is the zombies all have random spawn including the boss infected.
It's not one for kids but with TS style audio built in, if you have a mic it's great fun blaming or warning your teammates.
Think it's half price on steam this weekend!!! LOL Doesn't require a high end pc either bargain lol
add me on steam if any of you use it... savage_mf or [n*]Savage_MF[NI] _________________ Each and every one of us continues to live either by the merciful sufferance of a God or at the whim of blind chance and indifferent nature. <Dean Koontz> |

It's tremendous fun and the achievements keep it interesting for those that get bored of killing....never gonna happen to me.
Here's a vid i posted of me and a few mates owning 2 Finale Zombie Boss Tanks.
Only got sound recording working recently on Fraps while using USB headset as I'm Mac so PC menus make my eyes hurt in frustration and my head hang in disgust.
Wolfmom, have you tried backing up your daughters copy of L4D from Steam and seeing what it runs like on your machine?
Lots of games have run at lower spec for me. Played RTCW on a 233MHz granite (TV shaped) iMac for years and it's reported minimum spec was 400MHz. CoD too. _________________ Each and every one of us continues to live either by the merciful sufferance of a God or at the whim of blind chance and indifferent nature. <Dean Koontz> |

Made a mini-game inside L4D,
Cannibal Run is what we decided to call it.
There is only 2 rules to win Cannibal Run...
1. Be the first to the saferoom.
2. Do anything you can to slow down your opponents/teammates. this includes alerting hordes, running past Tanks after you have alerted them and not warning them of upcoming dangers. This can be dangerous as a couple of times i've not been watching where i'm going and ran straight into a witch... dead. Or running into somewhere after alerting a horde only to have to back track because a Tank is blocking the path.
Alerting the horde is setting off alarms on cars, hitting buttons on horde scenarios, anything you can to impede those slow enough to be behind you.
It is up to you whether you help others, they might not be so kind to return the favour.
Would love a mod for this, like a zombie race, Cannibal Run.
Play campaign, any map, any difficulty, easy is best for beginners. Me and a couple of friends have made it to the end of the 5 levels in 40 minutes on Expert. My best time finishing Easy is just over 20 minutes with 3 bots.
Ill post a video soon enough... _________________ Each and every one of us continues to live either by the merciful sufferance of a God or at the whim of blind chance and indifferent nature. <Dean Koontz> |

SAVAGE!!!!!
This game is soooo much fun coop lmfao, i love the autoshotgun, and the boomers are so much fun to be lmfao!!! (i love jumpin off roofs and spueing my poison on people lmfao, then watch my babys "the hord" take finish em lmfao!!)
I dunno how "new" u are, but i can show u some "1 shot kills" with the "smoker" if u want (hint: its all about making the enemy drop a big distance off roofs etc)
Me n my bro as guest play it wit 2 mates!! (its teams of 4)
I play this on my xbox360 all the time!
Please tell me u got a 360 instead of PS3!!!
And the "tank" lmfao how much fun is that! i once knocked 4 guys off the roof, 1 by 1 they went flying...i was in tears of laughter lol!! (wish i had recorded that moment, it was sommit special although sounds lame ;p)
Either way my gamertag is CapmaxUK if you wana look me up
edit:
L4D is seriously under rated...i think it rocks!!!...is there a PC version? i may get that aswell _________________ "Guns for show, Knives for a pro" |

My steam account name is GruntSmasher
Id rather buy hard copies instead of get steam downloads (dunno why i jus do). Still gotta buy L4D for PC, plan on doing that this weekend
Whaddya mean by pro? u get paid to play L4D????!!!! If so get me some of that deal! lmfao.
When i get it this weekend savage, ill try find ya, we'll have to do a map together
This game has a bigger team ethos than peeps think...u dont watch each others back on mplayer and your all dead (against good opponents)...i love that aspect to it (bit like RtCW). _________________ "Guns for show, Knives for a pro" |

Yeah, i tend to order my team about like a drill instructor! If they don't listen they die!
I'll add you. I like to think of my Pro status being achieved by playing so much that it saves me so much money, therefore i feel paid at the end Result! _________________ Each and every one of us continues to live either by the merciful sufferance of a God or at the whim of blind chance and indifferent nature. <Dean Koontz> |
