Description
2012 Sacramento Autorama “CLUBHOUSE” Feb. 17th thru 19th HOSTED BY THE Assoc. of Calif. Car Clubs - ACCC.
All recognized/approved Vehicle & M/C clubs/groups & organizations are “Welcomed!” Membership in “ACCC” is not required!!! (Camaro Generations is a member.) Club display entry fee is $50.00 per vehicle. This fee entitles the entrant to all show credentials ie; 2ea- Set-Up passes, 2ea – 3 Day Event passes & 3ea 1 Day Parking Passes. ($175.00 value!) All “CLUB” entries are accepted as “NON-COMP” entries! (NO EXCEPTIONS!) (This means that no entries in a club display will be judged for individual event awards!) Awards will be given to Clubs for “Best” displays! A special CLUBHOUSE awards ceremony will be held Saturday night in the CLUBHOUSE! The Minimum number of vehicles for a club display will be “4!” There is no Maximum number of vehicles that may be displayed in a club display! Club display size will be determined by display area required & size of vehicles being displayed! The “THEME” of the 2012 Autorama is “FUTURAMA” and all clubs are encouraged to use this theme or the clubs history to create a display. (Ropes & stanchions will be provided but clubs are encouraged to supply their own as part of their display.) Clubs are encouraged to “Staff” their display with info to attract new members. 2012 “CLUBHOUSE” set up will be held Wednesday Feb. 15th starting at 4 pm! (All vehicles signed up as club entries must be in the building no later then 9 pm /no exceptions!) There will be a stage & “Live” music in the CLUBHOUSE during event! All rules & regulations established by the Autorama promoter & staff in conjunction with Cal Expo must be adhered to with no exceptions unless approved by the “CLUBHOUSE” Manager and/or it’s staff! If you are interested in joining Camaro Generations contact club president Chip ASAP. His contact info is always on the front page of our Newsletters. He is the one collecting the applications, which are in the back of this Newsletter, and sending them in as a club packet.
