hello all I will want to know why I can't play... I have a screen message that one sends to me (sorry for bad english). Please help me...

The message says: Server Disconnected - has been permanently banned from this Game Server via PunkBuster... GLOBAL PunkBuster HARDWARE BAN c8bee418

Try to download and replace the wolf updates (1_4 and so on)
It worked for me when i had punkbuster problems.

Okay akain du hast hardware ban das ist der schlimmste ban den es auch gibt nun ist deine festplatte gefickt! Also es gibt da einen trick um das zu umgehen aber ich weis nicht wie die clan member das sehen ob ich es veraten darf...

Hi Anakin,

an Hardware bann is an bann that you get when you try to hack the punkbuster tool, next step is that you guid comes on the MBL ( Master Ban List ) so all server that uses PB knows -> you are banned.

the last numbers of the message from server->c8bee418 its not the errorcode-> it is the last numbers from your guid.

When you will get help, tell us your name on server, or better your full guide.

I can tell you then 2 things: 1. why you are banned 2. how to unbann you-> only when it is an mistake, when you really try to hack PB i think you have to buy an new computer, cheater are looser and i will not help them!

The cost of hacking on PunkBuster servers has just gone up significantly. PunkBuster now computes Hardware GUIDs for various pieces of hardware on players' systems while playing on PunkBuster servers. We use multiple private one-way hashes so that no serial number information for individual computers can be determined by admins or anyone else who may try to obtain this information from a Hardware GUID (and as always, no personal information of any kind is examined, stored or transmitted by PunkBuster). When players raise a violation that corresponds to hacking or interfering with PunkBuster's normal operation, we now (in addition to Global PB GUID bans) are Globally banning the new Hardware GUIDs across all games supported by PunkBuster (including games supported in the future). So punks who are determined to cheat so badly on PB-enabled servers that they try to hack PunkBuster may now need a new computer in addition to a new cdkey in order to return to PunkBuster servers. As with previous PB GUID Global bans, the new Hardware GUID bans are permanent and will not be lifted. As always, players who are affected by these Global bans will still be able to play on non-PB servers. Honest users should never "test" hacks that claim to interfere with PunkBuster. We have successfully tested this new feature set over the past few weeks for a few supported games and will be rolling it out to all supported games over the next few days and weeks. Additionally, PunkBuster servers will be updated to signify whether kicks for Global bans are for PB GUIDs or the new Hardware GUIDs.

Wie immer ist es den von diesen globalen Bans betroffenen Spielern weiterhin möglich auf nicht-PB Servern zu spielen. Ehrliche Spieler sollten niemals Hacks „testen“, die Anspruch erheben, in PB einzugreifen. Wir haben dieses Feature erfolgreich in den letzten Wochen bei einigen unterstützten Spielen getestet and werden dieses nun auch in den anderen Spielen einführen. Zusätzlich werden die PB Server geupdated um anzuzeigen, ob es sich um Kicks für globale Bans für die PB GUIDs handelt oder um die der neuen Hardware GUIDs.

non of us here at nebula can hack except one player but he doesnt do it anymore.
