Book launching July 12th with Haim Sabato and Esther Pollard

Mark your calendar for July 12th! Esther Pollard, wife of Jonathan Pollard,
and internationally acclaimed author, Haim Sabbato are the guest speakers at
the book launching of "LaShira Nolda" by Sarah Gargi. Gargi's love of the
land and people of Israel is obvious and her writing evokes sharp sensual,
visual and emotional responses in the reader. In "LaShira Nolda" Gargi uses
the richness of the Hebrew language and allusions to Biblical themes with
the same precision as a master graphic artist, capturing our hearts and
minds on a host of subjects ranging from everyday life issues, to serious
social concerns, such as the issue of Jonathan Pollard.

The public is invited to attend the book launching, July 12, 2007, at 7:30
PM at Beit Avi Chai on King George Street in Jerusalem. Invitation and all
