We are running the annual camping weekend at nellies dell on the weekend of the 20th August 2010.
If you have been on one of these weekends you will no what a great weekend event it is.
We start the weekend off on the Friday night. We normal use this to set up camp and have a relax and chat and dinner down the pub.
Jez will be running green lanes on the Saturday. Followed by a bbq and camp fire in the evening.
Sunday we will open the site up to go and play. We will put some other little events on during the day.
This is a great weekend for the whole family.
Hopefully depending on work ill be at the next club meet and give more details.
Any more question ill try my best to answer

There will be optional night lanes on the Friday night. We are running a safety refresher workshop on the Sunday morning before the playday. We will also run a challenge session alongside the playday.
More details to follow! _________________ Kevin Phillips

The camping weekend in almost here.
so make sure you pack your everything.
We have got the bbq ready for the saturday night, so dont forget your sausages and burgers.
Also for people that havent camped up there before, its a good idea if you go buy some strong tent pegs ( the ground is very hard).
any other question just ask. |

Don't forget to arrange for the key this time too. We had to sit there for quite a while last year coz the gate was locked. |

hiya
i am thinking of coming up on friday afternoon and setting up camp, with dean and dave coming in their vehicles when they finish work. only dean's landrover will be going laning and into play site this year, so will i still have to pay the £25 for sally?
just wanted to check, as there is no way i'm going to sit in friday afternoon traffic to take sally home again after putting the tents up!lol
also i was a sheep and followed dave there last year, so do you have a postcode or something for the sat nav so that i don't drive round and round til it gets dark?
thanks
see you there

I couldnt find the post code for nellies dell but the post code for the West meon Hut is GU32 1JX, the West Meon Hut is a Pub on a busy cross roads, from the cross roads follow the A32 towards Alton for 3.2 miles, then turn in left at the paintball signs, we hope to be there at 4pm and will get the club signs out as soon as possible! _________________ Jeremy Bell

Hi Sarah
It is £25 for each vehicle that is playing / doing lanes. Having and extra transport vehicle / caravan towing vehicle is free.
With each play vehicle you get camping for 1 tent / caravan. Extra tents / caravans are £5 per night.
Will see you there. Should be a good one!

Awesome weekend of Landy stuff.
I know it was raining, but I think the fun on the lanes compensated for it.
Thanks everyone.
Happy fixing.
