Transferring cash from one's treasury into petty cash adds to one's TV.
Therefore if one is granted free inducement money due to being the underdog then it is impossible to increase this amount by supplementing it with cash from one's treasury, correct?
Any treasury cash added to the inducement pot would increase one's TV by the same amount. Is that right? |

Correct.
The only possible use is if you are the overdog, then you can also buy inducements but increase the chumps inducement pool by the same amount. |

You can use cash if you're the underdog to buy something you don't have enough inducements for but you have to pay full price not just teh difference between the cost and your inducements
i.e. you are an underdog by 140k and want a wizard, you have to transfer the full 150k , your tv increases and your opponent gets 10k to spend which is of course useless _________________
