The league is set up as an open round robin, 7ish matches per season which will be around 6-7 weeks long, games played in any order, so there's a lot of flexibility when you play.
Very family/marriage friendly

Been years since I've used fumbbl - what do I need to get started?
Seem to remember I needed Mirc plus Fumbbl prog & that was about it. |

Mirc or KydraIRC are useful but there is a java chat thing on the website. There is a permanent #teamscotland channel.
The latest client is all on the actual fumbbl server so you don't need to download anything beforehand, it just loads it each time you play. This also means the disconnection issues of the past are far reduced.
Here's a quick start guide for anyone interested, although this is set up to start playing in the blackbox division.

All player run leagues like ours are in the League division, but ranked and blackbox are where the general pick up games are played.
If anyone wants talked through anything give me a shout via pm and i can help as I'm sure any of the other players will as well, Ant, JR etc
