So, given we each need to have a different team, what does everyone WANT to play? Provide a first choice and a second choice please.

Only if Jamie takes Dwarfs for Team Wales, I'd love to see a rematch!

Ok time to look at my team.

Seems like it should be fairly straitforward:

4 BOB
4 Blitzer
2 Line
1 Troll
1 Thrower

3 Reroll

Do you guys think this is optimal, or should I be looking at playing with Gobs?

I will be happy to take your advice on this. Not sure about the order of skill choices, I guess lots of Block, Guard & M.Blow, maybe Tackle/Strip Ball.

That looks line a fair lineup. Gobs are only really useful in an orc team for cheap foulers.

In my head:

Two choices re: lineup.

Thrower or not
Troll or not.

4 BOBs & 4 Blitzers are a must.
No Gobbos.

So:

320 4 BOBs
320 4 Blitzers
200 4 Linos
240 4 rerolls
20 1 AC & a Cl

is the no Troll, no thrower option.

For Troll: swap lino & reroll
For Thrower: Swap lino & staff
For both do both of the above.

Personally, I wouldn't take the Thrower.
But there are good coaches who do.

Skills wise, you have (in my head) three choices.

Do you want a Block, Sure Hands ball carrier?
Do you want Frenzy?
Do you want to skill the Troll up?
Do you Block or Guard the BOBs.

I'd be taking Guard on 4 BOBs and a Frenzy Blitzer.

But I think Block on the Troll or Block on the BOBs would be fine alternatives.

I would avoid Tackle as lots of teams have no dodge.
I would avoid Strip Ball as lots of teams will have Sure Hands.

After last weeks game I think that Guard on the BOB's seems strong and probably Block on the Troll as my double.

I will try out a couple of other options before I make a final decision.

Would you guys mind posting 1.1m line ups for the teams I may be facing at Eurobowl and maybe some skill choices I may be up against?

I'm going to try & get some testing done with my brother to get some more games on and would rather do it against proper line ups.
