Greetings from overseas!

I will be in Pennsic for the whole two weeks and in case anyone on this board want to do any pick-up fighting swing by Drachenwald Royal encampment and nag the lazy duke Sven (me) to get his stuff and get onto the field!

I usually don't put on armour the first week mostly because I believe noone is on the field (?) and a little because I do most of the heavy partying the first week... But in case anyone would come and ask for some fights I would not say no and then I would get some practise too.

The second week I might be a bit tired after the resurrection battles but I would not turn down anyone who wants to do pick-up fighting (unless it is un-bearably warm and moist = worse than last year).

I myself have trouble asking people to do pick-up fighting so I welcome everybody else to challenge me to a fight, or a lot. I will happily fight for hours so you can try out stuff on me until it works Wink

I know of someone (...) whom challenge people at the late night parties so she will not have to do that during the days since she also don't feel like approaching people she does not know and ask for fights, now you ave gotten an invitation.

I know it's a bit early but I got the idea to post here today and will have forgotten in a day or two so better out than in as Shrek said!

I am not going to the festival thing on the factory place...

But I will go to Brot Wurst and Spiel in July !

I will definitely try and find both of you. If I had to pick one favorite Pennsic thing, it would be pick ups.

I'm terribly sorry. I did do a lot of pick-ups, but I totally forgot who I was supposed to ask for, and when I got free to go do pick-ups I just headed out there willy-nilly without thinking. (I am in the far end of B09 - so the field is closer than most other things, but still a hike.) I hope you managed to play and have fun. Some year my brain will not decide Pennsic is supposed to be a vacation for it too.
