Folks,

We are looking for a mod for this forum. To moderate this forum, you should be a rapier combatant with computer expertise.

Our wish list (which we don't really need to have) involves some contact with the Sidesword community, heavy fighting authorization, and some expertise in rapier and general martial arts outside the SCA.

Male applicants will be considered, but a female applicant would be very, very much preferred.

Well, I have moderated forums before, so I'm familiar with mod and admin controls for this particular board type. I have been an authorized rapier fighter and marshal for going on five years now in the Kingdom of Atenveldt. I haven't played with sidesword myself but I am on friendly terms with it's practitioners here in my kingdom and know most of the white scarves playing here in Atenveldt. I participate in tourneys when I can and enjoy single combat in terms of fencing more than melee, but I have experience with the latter from five estrella wars. I've made lots of rapier armor and done some teaching of the basics of SCA fencing in my local group.
