Hang in there Kat, the bad days can be pretty bad but they get fewer and farther apart. Just remember thats all it is - a bad day. Its easy to get down and wonder if you are ill and its not the effects of the pill causing it and feel like you will never be better. But then you will have a good day where you almost feel your old self and 'normal' again - a glimmer of hope. Cling to the good days and dismiss the bad ones. One day at a time.
Hope you feel better today.
