Hello,
Any of you ladies had short luteal phase after coming off? I'm 13 months off and only had 6 cycles in that time and only the last two were sort of semi-normal but my last luteal phase was only 7 days long. |

Hey Kat,
I just read this post.. but have your read the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility?" She has some suggestions for a short luteal phase. I think B6 is supposed to help!  |

Thanks Martha! Started extra B complex about 3 weeks ago. Ovulated about 3 days ago so I'm curious to see if it helps or not. |

I just thought I'd update this post in case it's useful for any of you.
So my luteal phase post pill was on shorter side (7-10 days). I've upped my B complex (I took two B50 pills a day) last month and in my last cycle my luteal phase was 13 days. |
