It probably is you ovulating. I get the same pain every month when I am. It is the egg moving inside the fullopian tube. |

sometimes with this anxiety, even the most normal pain makes me question whether it's a normal pain. i used to have really crampy periods before Yaz. Altough it's only about 2 years ago, i cannot seem to recall. tho, i guess i never used to have ovulation pain, but also, i never stuffed myself with synthetic hormones before, either. so i guess it's a good sign most probably that i might soon be getting my period finally. |

Now that I think about it, I got ALOT of pain in my ovaries and uterus when I first came off the pill. I had this pain for a few months at least but no longer than 4 months. So 3-4 months that pain latsed for me after I got off bc. The pain has subsided greatly. I think it is your body warming up again and starting to work on it's own again doing what it is supposed to do. Every month I have a period now, started getting them after 5 months off, and they are getting better each month. |

Oh, thanks a lot. yesterday i did not have that pain. but yes, it was exactly like ovary and uterus pain. i could feel it. yesterday and today, i have more like slight menstruation cramps. i guess, as you said, it's a sign that my ovaries are trying to jumpstart. |

I think it hurts when you first come off bcp because they have been stopped for so long from doing what they were mean't to do and haven't moved in awhile, it is like they are a stiff muscle or something. They need to move again more and more to get loosened. Also it shows what the bcp does to your body, constantly forcing it to do something it is trying to do because it is meant to do. Tired muscle too I guess. |
