for any of you still having lingering problems, consider cutting out dairy from your diet!!! i had a food allergy test after suffering for two years and i found that i have a severe allergy to dairy. there is no doubt in my mind this was caused by yaz. any amount causes me to run to the bathroom now. i cut it all out: milk, cheese and butter. if you're in the US and you need help going dairy free, feel free to PM and i can help you. finding subs is difficult but it has made all the difference in how i am feeling(touch wood!) |
