I had my gallbladder (which was functioning only 4%!!!) along with my appendix removed 3 weeks ago. Even after the surgery I am still having my old symptoms... burping, headaches, dizziness, fatigue! Just yesterday I went for a short walk but had to stop because my vision was becoming blurry and I was feeling dizzy. Has anyone else had their gallbladder removed and is still suffering? how long until all of the symptoms finally go away? (I stopped taking Yaz in 2010.)

Hi Apenn,
I had my appendix removed 12/28/11 & gallbladder removed 2/4/12. I was on Yasmin (Ocella) from 2/11 - 12/11 and I can tell you that I am still having some side effects still. Right now the biggest issue is the irritable bowl syndrome and dizziness. I completely understand where you're coming from and how frustrating it is. Have you been back for your follow up appointment? My surgeon was very helpful in explaining the side effects.
