The main one to make them super fast is g_excessive
g_realweapons is more commonly known and gives options
The drawback is accuracy on excessive. Ive been told that having realweapons on will help when using g_excessive so the following is in my default cfg but I also allow a vote in the /games menu to set 3 different gun speed settings. When using g_excessive, the thompson is pretty much an inferior weapon against the mp40 so most will use that except for the newbies.
Shrub allows a better way to speed up the guns. I like the accuracy of shrub and overall smoothness and it less laggy than bani, But the /games menu on bani is so incredible and the extra classes too make me cater to bani a little myself as a server admin.
Jump on my server sometime and have a look at the voting options on the /games menu. (Type "/games" in console.

Helping... overall yes, but with the way rtcw is today, folks are funny about advertising other servers while on thiers. I find this motivated by fear and selfishness. Not attributes I aspire to myself. While I do want my server activity to build a bit, Im willing to help all in any way I can. Mike who played as THC(now deceased) taught me so much on server management and I shared with him html knowledge. We both advertised each others server openly. Im sure he is smiling at me carrying on the act of helping other server admins. |

Sorry to hear about THC/Mike, we've yet to lose a nebulan but quite a few other clans members have left the RTCW community for ever.
As for some clans not allowing server advertisement on their server, I know of one that won't allow recruiting either which is totally LAME
Our server is set up so i just press a button switch between banimod/OSP/shrub, i prefer shrub myself but want to cater for our whole clan as some of them play bani fast fire, been thinking of having another [n*] vs [n*] scrim, maybe shrub vs bani on both mods

That would be funny. 
One of the things i'd like is, if the Allies have the obj, then the time doesn't run out until it's returned...., which would be even better if it had the dynamics of a grenade so you could lob it to a teammate, brilliant thinking Jakal, anyone know enough of the code????
