Changes made to the KT server .....W7 64bits

=KT=NavySeal

THIS IS FOR W7 64BITS USERS HAVING ISSUES TO JOIN =KT=SERVER

ACCORDING TO THE CHANGE WE MADE IN PUNKBUSTER SETTINGS IN OUR SERVER CONFIG

YOU SHOULDNT GET KICKED ANYMORE FOR WINDOWS UNKNOW API FUNCTION [131124]

Hope this helps anyone that was having issues.
